Hello lovely Year 3!

We have recently learnt how to write a diary entry. We would love you to write a short diary entry about your fun in the snow!

Remember what a diary needs to include:

• First person
• Past tense
• Paragraphs
• Observations, thoughts and feelings
• Date and introduction for each entry
• Chronological order
• Detail and description
• Emotive language
• Sign off

We would love to read these and share them with the rest of the class, so please do bring them in tomorrow! :-)  There will be prizes!

Snow competition!

We would like to challenge you to be creative with the snow! What can you build in the snow? What brilliant snowy picture can you take? What snowy scene can you sketch?

Send in your pictures to the school office, or bring in your drawings to school tomorrow.

We can't wait to see all of your snowy creations!
