Purpose of Study

The school’s program of study in Art is centred on developing the skills of drawing, painting, sculpture, textiles, IT in art, printmaking and collage. They should also know how art and design both reflect and shape our history, and contribute to the culture, creativity and wealth of our nation. Our Art curriculum includes opportunities for the children to learn about historical and contemporary artists such as Klimt and Miro. Children make collage, sculpture and textiles during their Art studies.
