Job/Person Summary

We are seeking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to join our committed team. Candidates will need to have a good understanding of junior aged children and how they learn. Experience of delivering learning intervention programs for SEN children would also be desirable. The successful candidate will

• Be cheerful, flexible and approachable;
• Have energy and enthusiasm, and be able to show initiative within the role;
• Be a team player, able to work closely with teachers and other adults within the classroom to ensure the best for our pupils;
• Be patient and have good communication skills;
• Have a good understanding of child development and some experience of supporting children’s learning.
