Special Educational Needs
Great care is taken in our school to tailor learning to support individual children. We can cater for a wide range of Special Educational Needs and abilities. We have an experienced SENCO and a highly skilled staff who are confident in facilitating learning for children with autism, dyslexia, speech and language difficulty and social and emotional mental health. We have successfully reintegrated children who have fallen out of mainstream education for a period time. Our calm learning atmosphere, ideal class sizes and adapted learning spaces help to make our provision so successful. Many of staff are trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for children and we can also facilitate access to Play and Art therapists.
